That was... lysergically weird.
I am reminded deeply of something my stepfather once said to me. "You're either on drugs, or not enough drugs." (I used to, possibly still do, say completely weird E36 M3 while half asleep, and that is my excuse and I am sticking to it)

Was just enjoying New Direction by Fountains of Wayne. Seriously good song writing.

The whole album, mmm.
Oh hell yeah. I've been jamming a lot of Return to Forever recently too. Specifically Light as a Feather and No Mystery.

Seems fitting and prophetic to our current situation.

Sweet Baby James
So I'm a geezer and I like old school music. I really like James Taylor and Carole King. Here they are at the old Trubadour in Beverly Hills a few years ago. Personally, this is my favorite by JT, because it has my favorite lyrics "So is the Turnpike from Stokbridge to Boston." I think most JT fans in my age group in SoNE appreciate those lyrics.

Clapton - Layla
Well, another geezer song. But it's what I'm listening to right now. Sorry. I kinda like Clapton, even though he's not doing too well medically right now.

Carole King - So Far Away
A song from the past. And it brings back memories of time and place. I was in US Army Advanced Training at the Signal School at Fort Gordon, GA, early 1972, having fun, of course (sarc). An old, old, GF sent me the lyrics to this song in a cute card. I was so dumb and out of touch at the time, I thought they were her own words. What a jackazz I was. Jeez.
