Excellent!
Townes Van Zandt: Pancho and Lefty
Most people think Willie wrote this great song, but his version was merely a cover (good cover at that) of the late, great singer/songwriter Townes Van Zandt. I'm listening to a live version and Townes is accompanied by another great singer/songwriter Guy Clark, on six string. The blending of their two acoustic guitars is really superb, and in my humble opinion, much better than Willie's cover. Townes died unnecessarily on New Years Day '97, at 52 years old, after a self imposed hard life of addiction. But he was one of the best country and folk music singer/songwriters from the seventies through the nineties. If you like laid-back, cool country folk music and aren't already familiar with Townes, check him out.

For some reason, this one drew me in prior to seeing the epic video.
Take a Load Off Annie
I'm listening literally "live" in real time to the singer at the outdoor Tiki lounge at The Beachcomber in Pompano Beach covering a classic by The Band. This guy also does covers of Buffett (of course), Clapton, Cat Stevens, Van Morrison and others ... typical South Florida Tiki lounge performer. I guess anywhere for that matter. Fun. Going to the Boca Raton Concours d'Elegance tomorrow if it doesn't rain. Got my fingers and toes crossed.
Great to get out of the frozen North for a few days.
Knock knock knockin' on Heaven's Door
Sung by Pat McGuire the Irish singer at the Tiki bar at The Beachcomber in Pompano Beach. Good cover of Dylan's original.
