For me it’s the sound of dirt bikes, when they get pulled out of hibernation and taken for the first ride of the season. I don’t ride but I like hearing them rip around.
It’s like the birds returning from migration but with more brapbraaaaap.

Frogs. There's a pond in the woods behind my place and I can hear the frogs about this time of year. Love it.
In addition, seeing the March lilies (daffodils to some) and the trees blooming out.
It's my favorite season.
Kinda odd - I moved to this town 20 years ago and always saw this old gray haired guy on a green Kawasaki driving from Lockport to Homer Tree Service. He is well known and when I first see him I would call it as the first day of spring.
He passed away earlier this week and 211 people have commented on seeing him. Our town will never be the same.
Half joking, but for me the sound of cars going to grid at the Sebring Majors race in early January. (a Florida thing)
Where i live in North Florida (where leaves do fall off for the winter) mid-March is a spectactular display of something like 1,000 different shades of green. Maybe that's why St, Patrick's Day is in mid-March.
When the last bit of snow in the corner of my yard finally melts away (as I type this, it's still there but is very small.)

I’ve never ridden but around my area after long winters, I really do look forward to seeing people out riding and take it as a sign that Spring is either here or very near
Birds, the geese returning for their stopover on the way north and the absence of hearing the snowmobiles.
Spirea and Daffodils are blooming right now. Looking forward to leaves on the trees to block out my trashy neighbors. Looking forward to hunting for Morels, and the creek warming up enough to do some fishing/kayaking.
All the flowers.
getting my motorcycle out and riding it
not having to bundle up to go outside
I really hate winter anywhere that you can't expect at least 50 degrees every day. Why did I leave L.A.? Or Austin? Or New Orleans? Or Miami?

I'm guessing for your sanity...
Waking up at 5 am to the sound of the frisky owls in the woods behind my house. They are rather noisy this time of year...
There are two Brown Thrashers (Presumably mommy & daddy?) in the front yard carefully selecting sticks for a nest they're building right outside my bedroom window.
...which is one of the cutest goddamned things I've ever seen.

Actually, being surrounded by the crazy people made me feel saner :)

As a biology-type person, I love this too. Watching nature getting ready for a new cycle is inspiring.
I have a couple house finches that nest in the corner of my patio roof every year. I'm planning on a new roof soon, and I'm going to design it so they have a spot to continue doing that.
