About half of the available HP and torque.

Windshield wipers. The high desert of the Snake River plain is pretty dry; I doubt I use them more than 10 days or so a year.

I was going to say sunroof but I had forgotten about lane keep assist. I turned that off as soon as I got the car.
The locks.
Honestly, its a work truck spec ram. Rubber floor mats, Bluetooth, cruise, automatic lights, power windows, backup camera, heat and air are about the only options. They are the only ones i actually need, and have in any of my other cars.
Factory nav is painful and never gets used.
I'm surprised/not surprised about all the sunroof comments. I'd always heard that sunroof is the least used value-add, but I use mine absolutely all the time

Cooled seats. It actually makes me nauseous using them.
I added a cooled seat cover to my Samurai, great thing to have in the tropics, I think it only lasted a bit over 1 season of offroad rally before it eventually got smooshed to death though...
Edit: A couple other features other posts reminded me of.
Spare tire in the Toyobaru. I bought it with a space-saver spare and an oversized wheel & tire setup at the same time. Think I'll sell it.
Door locks on the Samurai. If someone really wants in, best to let them have a look around in a way that's safe for the soft top.
You Northerners will laugh at this one... the heater.
My heater core went out and I dreaded that project- I know what a pain they are. Then I realized... "Hey, wait a minute! I live in the South, and haven't seen snow for over 20 years. And I have working seat warmers". I tried it. It worked. The seat warmer was all I needed. So I never bothered to fix the heater.
That was 4 years ago. Have never missed it.
In the TSX, it is the cigarette lighter and the satellite radio.
In the Kia, it is the satellite radio and the can chiller.
I use the heated seats probably 60% of the time, and the cooled seats in the Kia probably 20% of the time. The heated seats are used more and more the older I get. I don't have back problems, knock on wood, but the heated seats sure help to soothe out any discomfort.
4WD. It's an auction truck. It would have been a steal with 2WD. I haven't owned it long enough to drive it in the snow, but I probably won't use it much even then. But its nice to know I have it if I need it.
Man, I use the sunroof all the damn time if the weather is even remotely nice.
Give me a nice sunny day in the low 60s and I'll be cruising along with the sunroof wide open and all the windows down and the seat heater on. I love it.
I won't drive the Miata unless I can have the top down. I only ever put it up to stop it from shrinking.

Also, door locks. And... my daily doesn't really have any other "options" or "features". No cassette player, A/C, or power anything. I'm sure if Mitsubishi could've gotten away with a hand crank starter, they would have.

This.
I have owned my truck (extended cab with rear suicide doors) for 3 years and nobody has sat in the back seat. I flipped the rear seat up within a few days of acquisition & it has only been down 2 or 3 times to cover a box tucked under it as a deterrent to thieves. But the space back there is frequently occupied by stuff, so I'm glad to have the extended cab vs regular cab.
08 civic daily, sunroof very rarely, audio never.
The factory amplifier was missing when I bought it, and when I took it in for the passenger airbag replacement, they cracked the plastic surround for the radio, which left the radio screen partially covered. That's prevented me from entering the anti theft code. Maybe I'll replace all of that at some point.
I don't listen to the radio in the Miata either, I wear earplugs when I'm driving it.
I get into my head and I like to focus on my driving when I'm in my car.

You are more of a man than me. We don't live that far apart, so I have a good basis of how cold it gets for you. Sitting in a 30 degree vehicle using only seat warmers, sounds cold.
I don't know how to turn on my fog lights, and never cared to figure it out. back windshield wiper is also never used on every car I've ever owned.

Well, I also work outside year round. Mostly in a tee shirt or insulated vest.
With past cars I would've said the sunroof, but my oldest loves the pano sunroof in the Alltrack, so I open it for her when she's riding with me.
Alltrack: All of the lane assist features. Even the adaptive cruise rarely gets used because it's so sensitive
SWMBO's Pilot: Any of the Honda infotainment features. I just run everything through apple carplay
Truck: AC (doesn't work)
Audi: the engine. it hasn't run since I've owned it.

Fellow southerner here who is more likely to use the heater than the heated seats in 3 of my cars. I use it sitting in summer traffic when the temp gauge starts climbing. Auxiliary radiator, not really heater, but with the added benefit of making sure I haven't suddenly forgotten how to sweat....
