I am looking to find some "spade" terminals like the ones circled in yellow. They are about .4" long x .075" wide.
The connectors on the other cables are too short, and they do not work.
I tried looking in DigiKey/Mousser's website but I really do not know what term to look for.
Anyone know?

I’m going with banana plugs.
These look like speaker pins, banana plugs are fatter.
Digikey will let you sort by width, length, thickness, etc. Just a regular quick disconnect that is not a generic hardware store size.
"Pin Terminal" like this perhaps; https://www.centurytool.net/Pin_Terminal_0_075_22_18_Gauge_Yellow_p/160475-025.htm
I would rather have them uninsulated instead of PVC or similar but this would work I imagine.
