Little milk to add moisture
Coated bottom of pan with bacon grease. Poured mixture in and pressed down. Cooked on medium until slight crust formed. Put in oven 5 minutes at 350 and then finished on broil.
It's decent. Wish I had some ham to throw in.
This is a version of my own cooking technique. Leftovers are my favorite ingredient.
