2 500mg bee pollen capsules in the morning. i kicked caffeine a few weeks ago and i believe the bee pollen has kept me from killing myself during the 2 day headache that ensued from lack of caffeine. i went out with a walk off shot - 5 cokes with dinner then stopped cold turkey.
i noticed a couple weeks into taking the bee pollen that i was sleeping better, waking up ready to kick the day in the crotch, and have a couple more hours of energy during the work day, and my job is extremely physically demanding.
Sounds a lot like work is getting you down.
If it is something more than that... you might want to consider going to see a doctor and getting some lab work done. You could have some sort of wonky thyroid issue or something like that.

I've always wondered about my thyroid because I can eat like a champ and never put on any weight. Honestly i'm not sure, but I think tests came back ok. Can't argue with the fact that work does get me down at times.
I used to drink Monster and Rockstar but that got too expensive. I now drink V8 energy in the morning on the way to work. It is V8 but with some green tea extract in it. It seems to work and also has veggies/fruits in it. I drink straight black tea at work. You can get a box of a hundred tea bags for a few bucks at any supermarket. Can't beat that in the bang for buck factor.
