I do almost all our cooking but I'm lucky because while The Wife is picky she can eat the same thing regularly. I usually shop Saturdays on my way home from work. Either the wife cooks or we go out Saturday night for dinner. Sunday night if we stay home I either roast of smoke a roast beef or chicken. The leftovers will go into the salads I make her for lunch the rest of the week. I stock up on chicken breasts and freeze them when there on sale and make chicken most nights. I pull one out in the morning and make something fairly quick that night. Chicken tacos and chicken and broccoli are regulars, then baked or grilled the other nights. Occasionally on days off I'll make a pot of sauce and put together a ziti or lasagna, cut it up and freeze it for a quick dinner. Once you find a few things everyone likes it gets easy.
