Here's what I'd recommend.
1500 watt 12 interval heat gun - $29.99 (If you ever work with anything sticky like vinyl wrap or trim tape, this is a godsend).
The little single-head portable halogen workshop light - $13.99 (Always work in a well-lit environment).
2.5 lb dead blow hammer - $8.99 (the "Goldilocks" dead blow hammer).
Magnetic flexible pick up tool - $9.99 (so useful).
Anti-fatigue Foam Mat Set - $9.99 (lower profile than a creeper, and your back will thank you).
5 piece trim and molding tool set - $8.99 (no more marred plastic, and makes removing window cranks easy)
Battery terminal wrenches, both 5/16 in and 10mm - $5.98 for both (you'll need them at some point, why not pick them up now?)
The pre-tax total is $87.92, which means that you'll most likely have a little change to spare.
So I guess I shouldn't hold my breath on getting a pair of ammo boxes anytime soon?

Well, I bought a lottery ticket today, so you never know!
Harbor freight just opened up a store in an extremely convenient location for me. I'm planning to revisit this thread often. I'm so excited for mediocre-to-subpar quality tools that serve their own respective purposes on occasion.

I like the new 18" long 1/2" ratcheting breaker bar. They also have a 3/8" version that works well, too.
Isn't that just a half inch ratchet?
Yes, but I feel better abusing this than my 1/2 torque wrench
Not having a lift, there are plenty of times when the 18" or 2' breaker bar just doesn't have enough space to swing through it's arc, due to the limited positioning with a 6pt socket. Removing brake caliper brackets, suspension, O2 sensors, and exhaust work are a great examples of this issue. The extra arc allowed by the ratcheting mechanism makes this far more useful than a regular breaker bar.
