That's possible, but I'd rather she hears it from a lawyer than a relative she's never really spoken too. They're not really due diligence people either and he seems to be under the assumption she got a life insurance settlement and would just pay off an inflated price if he asked. The husband had no insurance, and if it turns out to just be looked at as renting she can go someplace nicer for less.
