Overall, it was my mom's new 91 Escort GT. (I was 10 and still remember it being called a 91 1/2)
Legally it's probably the new company truck I got, a 2011 F250

I'm thinking it was a 2006 Lincoln Town Car when I was driving for the car service in Detroit. Possibly the Volvo XC70 I took home for a week for the 2006 NAIAS with the same job. Depends on when we were turning over our fleet on which I drove first.

Dad's '72 Grandeville, in fact, this car:
I was 7 at the time, and sitting on his lap. We were on the way home from picking it up at the dealer. He paid $4500 for it out the door, with less than 50 miles on it. That picture was taken about 2 weeks ago. I think the car has maybe 75k on it.
First new car I drove was probably my sister's '01 Prelude. I liked it, but I liked the '86 RX-7 I had a lot more.
1991 Chevrolet C2500 HD
454 BB Chev
4-spd manual with a "granny" low - effectively a 3 spd.
Looked a lot like this except mine was "Bahama Blue"
My Dad's brand new 1971 Chevelle (I got my license in '68, but by then I had probably burned up about 6 "woods cars" in the South Jersey Pine Barrens).
This was probably the first new car my Dad had ever driven too (even though he was well over 40 by then). Looked like the car below without the cool wheels.
First new car I actually drove, a Subaru XT, turbo. Back when they just came out in the mid 80's. What a disapointment. I remember my thoughts at the time, along the lines of "really?", and "you've got to be kidding?"
First new car I ever rode in (which is I mention only because I was 2 years old) was my dads 65 Mustang. Specially built for him by Ford. He woke me up and we went out for a family ride in it that night.
I got to thinking a little harder this morning and I did drive a couple of new rentals in late '04. The first was ( I think) a Toyota Corolla auto (of some no longer remembered trim level) and the other was a Mitsu Lancer. The Corolla was by far the more entertaining of the two. It handled better and felt like it had more power than the Mitsu. Coincidently, this was also my first time driving RHD cars.

OOPS. NEW car - missed that - that would have to be the 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport I bought close to law school graduation.
I believe it was my 1967 mustang fastback, bought at age 15 in 1990 to fix up, drive and sell to partly fund college. Thankfully I kept the car and it sits in my garage.
Or I could have driven dad's '71 CJ5 on back roads before I was 15. I can't recall ;)
