If you're on a Windows PC, get into the command prompt, if it's Win7 you can type CMD into the search bar. Then enter this; format c: /fs:NTFS

Then reboot.

I get the same thing. The computer I'm on will only connect to a secure site. The "qote" button doesn't work right when I insert the "s" into "http://". I am also denied access to the page after I post, but my text still posts.

On a serious note. I think when it does that it just means you've canceled someone else's ! Vote out by one. I've accidentally hit the ! Button and then upvoted the same post and it just shows 0.

The OP shows 61 votes on top rated but only +45 on the actual post so 16 people must have ! it.

I think that may be it. For instance, if I try to up vote a post that originally has zero, but someone had already down voted it, because it doesn't show negative votes, it just shows zero???
