I always wondered how harmless something would have to seem for the bomb squad to not be called in.

It could have been hilarious if situation was left to escalate. The entire street crowded around behind Police tape, while the bomb-disposal robot pulls out the guy's new alarm clock or whatever.
Bwahahahahaaaaa. Thursday two engineers at work came back laughing and giddy. Seems they got a hard time at the Post Office. Zack tried to ship a box (gun parts) to Afghanistan.
However, The box was clearly marked as radioactive.
Zack, Zack, wait a minute. A small town like this, an Asian guy steps up to the counter with a box of radioactivity and wants to send it to Afghanistan?
I can see their dismay.
I think they got that off funny or die. Hilarious.
