Because it is still better than almost any other automotive related "reality" show on TV? I'd rather watch old re-runs of MotorTrend TV with Craig Singhaus in perpetuity than many of the current "reality" shows.

You mean the wacky hijinks of the shop help as they restore a car in a week doesn't quite grab you???

A bit too much "why I aughta" in a bunch of those shows.

I was happy to see Hulu has the first 2 seasons and also has UK Top Gear back to season 2.
