next ? does anyone have any info for disabling the auto headlight turnon sensor i just put a new set of halo projectors on with an HID upgrade conversion kit and dont want the lights to come on every time i turn the ignition on sittin somewhere

mema still has an 88 I4 s10 i want (been sitting for a few years now)... still wonder if it would be more fun to toss a v8 in there or a 4.3 vortec + non slushy trans + boost

AHL = Headlights on at nighttime, via optical sensor on the dash
DRL = Headlights on during the daytime, via ignition or PRNDL position.
In reply to donalson: me personally im a v6 type guy more power from a smaller motor is more impressive to me
