I live in Plano, there are a few members closer than me, but I haven't seen them on in a while.

Driver's seat (conspicuously mostly absent in the pics, but boy look at how clean those back seats are...) looks a little iffy for 68K miles.

Couple things,
#1 plug that address into Google maps, then once you do that......
#2 in a separate window search for MM enterprises on Google maps
#3 once you see all of that, my immediate reaction is to run in the opposite direction.
#4 you're going to need to find someone else if you still want to proceed. I'm not going anywhere near this since there's a lot of red flags for me.
