All of my login info for GRM seems to be cleared every few weeks, across multiple devices.  Is this normal?  If so, why?  
 

if not, how do I fix it?

Are you clearing your cookies on a regular basis? That could do it.

Since we made an update a year or so ago, I haven't had to log in. 

What browser and OS are you using? (If you'd like, you can send that info to me via PM.)

It's not normal. You probably have some tracking or cookie blockers/cleanup installed or turned on, and without being able to track you, well, we don't know if you're you.

Both computers are Win10/Chrome, phone IOS/Safari.  All "stock" software.  I don't have any add-ins, or cookie blockers that I am aware of.  How do I check?
