Im sorry for all the career type topics. But here is one more. I just want to figure out a side business to start lol.
Ive decided on auto glass repair and headlight restoration. whats the best way to get training in these two things? Anyone know of places in Georgia that train these things?

Get hired into a similar company but do not sign the non-compete. This will give you great insight on their dollar before you sink your own dollars into the business.
Check to see if there is a franchise business in this field. With this, you will invest money and the corp will take some of your money but for that money they too will/should provide you with some guidance and some marketing.

I would be careful putting too much effort into just windshield repair. I don't know if its like this other places, but in my area most of the people who do windshield repair nicely also install glass, and there are sketchy people who hang out as gas stations and harass people about wanting to do chip repair and bill their insurance.
You can replace my windshield as practice. Can't possibly do any worse than the monkeys that have done it the last two times and berkeleyed up my car.
