I don't know if that is really art deco. I am not an art expert though. It doesn't really strike me as fitting the style.
no.. not artdeco... art though, I will give the creator for that. It's meant to look like cloth drapes hung over the car and casket
The one Blinker Fluid put up looks like a Delahaye. There's someone on ebay that will make you a reproduction for about $180k.
