I got my own domain, which includes email. it costs <$30/year.
I still maintain a yahoo account, but it's all throwaway stuff, so I can't bring myself to care if it got hacked.
I've spent the last couple of hours archiving and deleting everything off of my yahoo account. I should have done it long ago, but I've literally had this account for almost 20 years and it's going to be hard to start swapping stuff over.

Yep, they told us this a year ago.
And if anyone hacked my account, I hope they are managing all the junk mail.
They knew before now that's why earlier in the year they forced you to change your password and tried to push you to use verification keys. I was only keeping my account active because I had it since probably 2000-2001. I've had gmail pulling the messages over for a couple of years. I was already planning on deleting the account after the grm fantasy football season was over.
