'81 Chevy PU K20 4X4, 350 4-speed, 148K miles, 3" re-arch spring lift, have front add-a-leafs also, 3" body lift. 3.73 gears, open diffs. Corporate 14-bolt rear, Dana 44 front. Mile Marker SS locking hubs. 35 x 12.50 x 15 M/S Generals (need replaced, dry rot, tubes in now). New brakes, wheel cylinders and hardware, SS front brake hoses. New 40 gal. Suburban fuel tank w/ pickup/ sending unit (old pic was w/ gas can), no side-saddle tanks (sold), fabbed winch bumper w/ bolt pattern mount for Ramsey winch and roller fairlead, front bumper mounts extend inside front frame rails w/ 2" DOM tubing... stout.

Steel flat bed w/ headache rack, 1/2" NC tie-down points welded in. 11 GA 2x4 and 2x2 tube frame construction, checker plate deck. New tail and running lights not hooked up, have new light pigtails.
Left the rear axle U-bolts long from the spring shop, needs blocks to level out. Original Pa. body w/ cab corners and rockers welded in. Firewall, cowl, blower fan box welded/ repaired... solid. New inner fenders coated w/ spray-on kit bed coating. Bushwhacker cut-out flares w/ new gaskets and hardware. Rad support solid. Cab drip rail mounting holes welded shut. Recent Mil-Spec flat green acrylic enamel paint w/ medium gloss hardener, durable and easy to repair. Let it weather out for the flat look.
Rebuilt 350 4-bolt, .030 over flat tops, 260H Comp Cam kit, Performer intake, Holley 600, manual choke, Summit HEI, Thorley headers, duals w/ crossover, cats and turbo mufflers. 21.5K miles on rebuild w/ new clutch and SM465 trans rebuild (bearings, synchros) then also. New battery last year, new 95 amp alternator, power steering pump and hoses, electric fan.

Tapco cab corner, wasn't too picky w/ the fit, was a woods truck afterall, easy fix w/ cutoff wheel and MIG welder. Front clip needs shimmed for panel gaps after removal for firewall repair.

Not gonna finish this project cause life/ work got in the way, I want my berkeleying life back. Calling it 90+% done. Finished out w/ tires, weekend fixes and state inspection this is a minimum $6K truck all day. Ain't got no time.
