This is the tbi 4.3 from my '91 Bravada. Around 70k miles on it. Ran good but ticked slightly when I pulled it to do a V8 swap. Attempts at selling it have failed so it's going on the next scrap load if nobody has a use for it. It's in my way and I don't have a use for it. Has been stored indoors since I pulled it.

Amusingly enough, I have raced a 4.3 powered S10. With a boat draped over the top. It was not slow, actually. But I suspect Patrick is correct.

I mean I understand. It's not even the good 4.3. It's a TBI motor with the worst heads and I think it might even be a california emissions engine which may or may not make things even worse.
Guess I'll load it next to my cracked 318 when I get ready.
If you weren't all the way in Kentucky, I'd take it just to tinker on.
