High quality, custom designed + fabricated light weight tire + tool box trailer. Great for carrying your jack, tools and tires to an autocroos/trackday. This trailer was built with no expense spared. It consist of a Harbor fright class "A" trailer with an aluminum plate covering the bed of the trailer. It has a lockable tool box. Your Jack, tools and everything can fit in the box.
It also has a housing for the tires which is custom designed and fabricated from aluminum diamond plate. The bottom of the housing is contoured to fit the tires and recessed below the bottom of the trailer.
Specs:
-Class "A" trailer that includes standard wiring and connector for the trailer lights, 8" wheels and wheel bearing grease caps and zerk fittings.
- The bed of the trailer is 48" long x 40" wide.
-The tool box is a Contico 37" Pro Tuff box 37" wide x 20" deep and 20.5" tall. With a lockable latch handle.
- The tire box has external dim. of 40" wide x 26" deep x 24 1/2 " tall. The internal dim. are 39 3/4" x 25 3/4 deep x 24 1/2 " tall. Tires as tall as 25.2" diameter will fit in the box. For example the total width of four 225/50/15 tires fit with room to spare. You can contact me with the width and height of your tires and I will tell you if they fit.
-Access to the tires is made easy given the when you open the box the front and the top open together. Two pneumatic cylinders hold the box open. You can place the tires in the box without having to lift the tires + drop them in the box.
