We all have projects we aren't going to finish.

I have the Velo Rossa front end clip for the Ferrari 250 GTO kit to fit a Datsun Z car, but over the years I have placed it on a Miata, a 350Z and an S2000 and it fits them as well.  I have been amazed at how common the dimensionality is of all those cars.

Velo Rossa wants $2,845 for the bonnet and cheek panels, but you can have mine for only $2,000 and I'll include the radiator ducting for absolutely FREE.  FREE I TELL YOU!!!

I am just outside Fort Worth on the west side.

This is big enough and heavy enough that shipping is out of the question.  Hmmm, I'm trying to link to pictures and I don't see them displayed in the write up, let's see if they show up in the post.  If not PM me and I'll send them to you.   EDIT: nope my pics won't display.

It's in excellent shape with no damage I can discern.

IIRC the Z has a roofline that is far too close to the 250 GTO to be sheer coincidence. I guess if you're gonna copy someone's work, you copy off the best in the class!

Anyone remember the project 250 on the forum that got a BMW V12? It was quite a build. IIRC it was built by a couple of ladies who did things like reshape the bonnet opening.

In reply to Keith Tanner :

I actually like the Z shape better than the Ferrari, well, and the price.

Once upon a time, before they were popular my neighbor had a real one and tried to sell it to me for a song, but my wife wouldn't let me buy it because it needed too much work
