Looks like I am now going to be moving on very short notice, so throwing this up for FREE if you pay the ride. It's a free turbo that works (albeit with a little oil burning)!
Stock Mitsubishi TD04HL-15G turbo removed from my ‘96 Volvo 850R. Approx 170k miles on turbo. This is a straight flange unit.
No unusual shaft play. Turbo boosted well but was an oil burner. CBV diaphragm recently replaced with IPD HD unit. One downpipe stud is broken off and will need to be removed; it looks like someone started to drill it down the center but stopped (no idea, got the car like this).
This is a great candidate for a rebuild, or run it as is if you’re broke and don’t mind a little smoke.
