I have some used Hoosier 185/65R15 hard compound gravels, average condition looks like the photo below- $60ea:

Also some much worse ones if for some reason you want less grip at one end or the other.
I also have a pair of these Mega Mudd retreads, theoretically 195/65R15 but they're really tall so make sure you've got plenty of clearance. Light testing indicated these aren't something I can use for stage rally, but they'd be great rear tires for a muddy rallycross- also $60ea:

I saw a set of these (or very similar) tires in action at a muddy RallyCross a couple of days ago and they appeared to work really well.
FYI, retreads are not allowed in the stock classes for SCCA RallyCross.
