I’m looking to purchase a set of Cobra replica 5-lug 17x8 & 17x9 Halibrand style wheels for our Series 1 Factory Five Roadster . I would consider 15” wheels as a second choice. We’re located in northeast PA and I’m willing to drive a few hours to look at and pick up a set of wheels if you’re close by. If not, shipping is an option if you're willing to pack them up and get them to a shipper.

If you might know anyone too, please pass along my contact info.

Thanks,

   Dan

This is just a picture of what I’m looking for.

I looked at those for awhile as I thought they would look awesome on my mustang.  The price is almost always OUCH!

FFR sell them, so does Racecar replicas, but I think they all come from https://vintagewheelsus.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=25

Good luck with your search! if you find an affordable source, I would love to hear about it.

If you can tolerate a slight mis-match, I have a 5 wheel set I am willing to sell.

(2) 17x10.5 FFR/TeamIII replicas
(3) 17x9 Halibrand CobraIII

All are wearing old Nitto 275/40-17 tires. I am near Indy. GRM express would be preferred vs. shipping.

I appreciate the offer, but since we are planning to keep this car(that never happens, but considering it on this one), I'd like to find a matching set in the dimensions that will fit.

Fair enough. You didn't specify offsets or rear axle configuration. I figured I'd take a shot since there are so many FFRs running the 9/10.5 combo with a Fox width axle.

Happy hunting!

Tell me what the backspace dimension is on both and I'll see if they might fit. The Series 1 doesn't take as wide a tire as subsequent models.

10.5's are +20 (6 9/16" BS)
9's are +30 (6 3/16" BS)

Still looking, 15's or 17's.

Asking for $4700 ship from Sioux Falls SD, where are you at let me check for the freight!

Weird that you are using a photo stolen from eBay that is only for a pair of wheels and is in Wisconsin.

Someone sent me this today and I thought of you, making your own sizing is the way to go

Those are GM fitment.

Anyway, I forgot to update this thread. I did post pictures in my other "build" thread with a picture of the new wheels on the car. I ended up with 2 sets of wheels, 15's and 16's! Currently the 16's are on the car while I find 15" tires that fit.
