How big is your wallet?  You won't find anything you've mentioned at a modest price.  Look newer, much newer post 2000. Jaguar made a 4 door sedan  with a grill very similar to the earlier   3.8  MK 11  go on Car-part.com to find a junkyard selling off pieces from a wrecked one.
probably the least expensive thing you'll find.

I know what you're saying. A 120/140/150 grill is a fine piece of craftsmanship.  I wish I could say the new Jaguar was the same but yes it may be a plastic addition. Next time I'm near one I'll check it out for you.
I'm waiting for someone looking for MGTD parts.  I've got shelves of them that absolutely refuse to find another home.
I should have saved more of my Jaguar parts. But there were days when I had 3-4 waiting in the driveway for me to yank the motor.

Post 2000 will be cheap plastic trash and the wrong shape, probably too wide as well.

Cast XK140 or Mk. 1/2 grill should not be that high, just hard to find as I doubt they are being reproduced.

I can make something from scratch if I must but would prefer to put that time into the body and chassis. This site can be an amazing resource sometimes as folk have all sorts of bits hanging about in sheds and basements.

What about a Sprint car grill , not as tall , but maybe would work for you

I'm old enough to have watched a few sprint car grills made. They really aren't that hard especially if your going to make the car fit the grill rather than the other way around.
