Lemons at Thunderhill is coming up and we are giving a seat to an 18-year-old as a graduation gift. Don't worry; he is a smart young man. Deserves this opportunity. Need to get him a helmet for the race bout would prefer something used.
Anybody have a big noggin that fits a helmet they not longer need? Could also use driving shoes size 12 or 13.
Thanks,
Bill
I have a used g force xl saved in my watch list on the bay of e. $140+ shipping, obo. I don't really need it, I was just thinking about it for a spare. Looks pretty nice. Claim it was only worn twice.

That might work. I had not thought of checking out eBay. I'll give that a browse.
Thanks!

Not a problem. I great a lot of good gear from there. You'll have to let us know how he does. One thing I told my new co-driver, who had never even sat in a race car before we went to a Champcar race at the Glen. Be Predictable. Hold your line and be smooth.

Sage advice. Thanks.
We are doing Lemons at Thunderhill. Huge track. Five miles. Lots of space. Good sight lines except for two corners. I think it is a good track to learn on.
BTW, another Lemons racer contacted us and offered to loan Nick some shoes. We also got a loaner helmet. Gotta buy him some gloves and we are good to go. Thanks for the assist.
