Went shopping for better safety glasses based on inspiration from this thread. I have a narrow face, so tried to find something that would fit better than the typical one size fits all. Bought a pair of "Delta Plus Avion" safety passes in their slim fit size. Really happy for the $9 price. Comfortable, good clarity, not too dorky.

I know a few friends who use this website. There are alot of different types, ratings and pricing.

Industrial Safety Glasses | ANSI Z87 | OSHA Compliant (glassesusa.com)

Some are definitely high in price but eyes are irreplaceable.

When debating if you need safety glasses for something quick, I show people this photo I saw from a story a few years ago. Something that you think will only take 2 seconds can go wrong super quick.

Been wearing Smith and Wesson safety glasses at work for the last 15 years. So far I have found them to have the least distortion in the lenses.

Most of the other brands and even the OG style give me a headache after about 30 minutes to a hour of wearing them.

That's just my go to. Mainly find something that fits well and can be worn for 6-8 hours at a time.

I bought the new version of the safety glasses I wore in 1977 in high school shop class.   Actually comfortable and most people kinda freak out at the vintage look.

Something like this in a 2.0 reading glass rating would be very nice.  I wonder if anyone makes safety lenses ground like reading glasses.
