I remember that that was a track in Project Gotham Racing 3. I assumed it was fake and therefore the only reason it could exist.
Call me weird, but if I trusted my skills and trusted my bike, I would have no problem with that track. Looks like fun. Passing on those narrow lanes look like a bitch, though.

I did an article on Macau for Roadracing World Magazine a few years back. We had full press on course passes. We also made friends with most of the corner workers, so they pretty much let us take over the flag stands for photos. Or naps during lunch etc. Just a smattering of photos showing how close we got to the action:
