Looks pretty reasonable, probably needs a bit of cosmetic work but those bikes are pretty fun to ride.
Possible contender for worst photos ever. It doesn't have a rear fender, taillight or license plate, or turn signals or mirrors - better make sure it's all there and actually runs, and it wasn't just pieced together for the pictures. It's not a rare bike despite what the seller says.
Curious about the rake to the seat, it looks like it's pretty tail-up. I do like the look of the thing, could be pretty useful little scoot.

It's a refurbished something or other. The stock seat is half that thickness and a bit of a step for the passenger.
My son's first bike was one of these. The rear framing is correct.
