I need to get the new engine in mine soon, they are a lot of fun to ride.
That is a funny line. Wonder if he is serious about the mileage and never riding it.
I'm always amazed at the price premium on those things, I guess it's proof of their popularity over other similar trail bikes of the era.
They are a blast, but I have to admit, I was expecting BMW content.

Maybe I'm just stuck latched on to prices from another time, but when I see the prices on some things, I always think for that it is, it should be worth half of what they're asking.
It's still cool though.
The prices are definitely crazy. I wouldn't have mine if i hadn't found it for $100. The stock engine lost compression so i bought a lifan 125 for $250, just need to put it together.
Dad bought one new and I learned to ride gravel on it. While I have fond memories of it, I wouldn't want one today. There is no type of riding I do where that thing would be practical or even enjoyable.
