I have an '89 KTM 350 exe that needs a few parts.

I've been out of the dirtbike game for so long that I have no idea who the preferred parts supplier is these days.

I do know that there are no KTM dealers close enough to me to drive to, and the local dirtbike specialist doesn't give a warm and fuzzy feeling, so they won't be getting any of my money.

When I was riding a lot, I had a friend that had a connection inside KTM, and I obtained all my non normal wear parts that way. There was also a place in Georgia that I did some business with, but that was over 13 years ago, and I forget what the name of that company is/was.

Before I pick a google sourced parts supplier at random, I would like to know if there are any that are known to be good, or known to be avoided.

Also, does anyone know if there are any KTM specific forums?

Thanks.

Look at ktmtalk. http://ktmtalk.com/index.php

Lots of good info and good people on that website.

I had a 92 KTM 500 a couple years back and had good luck getting parts from Munn Racing. You can find them and others listed on the classifieds section of the KTMtalk website.

All you realy need to know. http://www.cliffscycles.com/ Theses guys are the best when it comes to KTM. They are very honest to a fault when doing work too. If it needs to be replaced they'll tell you if not they will not replace it.
