Seems to work just fine. The major benefit of the hub-centered steering setup is that the front end doesn't dive under braking. This should allow you to brake deeper into corners than a conventional bike.

The above youtube link has a description of how the front end works and some track footage and review.

He's definately got a unique vision. You may hate the bikes, but scroll to the end of the slideshow and check out his "shop" area. He's got the bike propped up w/ two railroad ties w/ tools and stuff everywhere on the floor.

Thanks for the link. I still think it looks ugly as sin, but I'll him big points for thinking outside of the box. I don't know if it works better or not(on the track we just lean) but it obviously is well thought out and seems to work at least as well.
