I'm putting together a holiday/end-of-year FL GRM'r get together on Saturday 12/17 at the Crooked Can Brewing Company in Winter Garden (near Orlando). They have a big outdoor patio and are attached to the Plant Street Market with lots of food options for everyone. The plan is to start around 11am and hang out for a few hours. Weather permitting we'll sit outside and pull together as many tables as needed.
If you're in FL, please come! If you think you can make it, please respond to this thread so I have an idea of how many to plan for.
That is a tough choice. GRM meetup or tubachristmas? A bunch of ne'er-do-wells and at both events.

I am planning to be there with my kids and dad, probably only Saturday though.

I reached out to John and suggested we add a charitable component to our GTG. For everyone coming on 12/17, if you're able, please bring some non-perishable food items with you. I'll collect everything and then donate it to our local food bank, Bread Of The Mighty. They are a multi-county provider and part of the Feeding America network. Learn more here:
