I berkeleying LOVE the RPF1’s on that Valiant! Brilliant!

Yep.. I hope to get a set soon for my Grüne Hölle project.

I'm going to look at a set for my Cougar. I love the look.
2021 Edition:
I ran the Countryside tour again - It was a blast.. I was asked to be a group leader which was also fun as I had additional time to access the route and pace notes.
I was the only Slant 6 /MoPar in attendance this year... they keep letting hang with the Mg's and Triumphs, Morgans and sunbeams...which I enjoy too!
Had a fantastic time as usual!
Got Up Early and Cleaned the car a bit with a clear sky / sun with a smoke haze from the western and Canadian wildfires..
At the First Stop I got word that the sunbeam in my group had some mechanical issues with the fan and the radiator trying to occupy the same area. :-(
So we were down to 3 in my run group for the rest of the tour..
Some shots from the first stop..
Rest of the evening went fine without a problem. and Made it to the farm for lunch.
Also Stopped at the Waterfront - (site of the 1898? Homestead steel strike) PVGP had a a car cruise there Tuesday nite.. for some glamour shots in front of the old steel mill stacks..
Greg
Man I wanted to get out there for this. 2022!
In reply to volvoclearinghouse :
The starting point for the countryside tour is about 3 hrs from you. It would be fun to have another Grm'er on the route!
Greg
In reply to slantsix :
GRM'er orthoxstice was telling me he was planning on doing the tour this year. He's got a dark green 2 door Volvo 122. Did you happen to see that car?
Sorry I missed you at the Waterfront, I heard it was a good night.
In reply to pinchvalve (Forum Supporter) :
Yes it was crazy busy. I got there late.. say 6pm.. and not a spot to be had anywhere.. so over to eat'n park for milkshakes.. once the folls who were out on the tarmac since 12pm gave up a few spots i pulled over to the show.
Greg
In reply to volvoclearinghouse :
No I dont think that car was on the countryside tour.
He mentioned the walnut street show which is closer to the downtown city center than I am.
I will have to keep an eye out for it!

Great shots! Two thoughts. A few of the MG's are sporting a cool soft top. Are they driveable that way or just sun/rain static covers? Secondly, that matte black 124 Spyder is HAWT!
In reply to hobiercr :
Thanks, I was not with any of the MG's this year, but I do believe they drive them that way. It seems that the structure is sturdy enough for the job.
