That’s exactly where this 2008 Shelby GT40 Mk II 85th Commemorative Edition comes in. Specifically built to celebrate Carroll Shelby’s 85th birthday, only 85 examples were said to have been built.
Finished in the same livery as the one raced by Chris Amon and Bruce McLaren in 1966, the GT40 also comes with a bevy of modern features like Wilwood brakes, Bilstein shocks and H&R Springs.
