Our glass guy gets busy installing the rear window of our 2002tii.
Lots of soap and a nylon cord are just two tricks of the trade.
The front windshield seal was a reproduction piece from the company URO—and didn't quite fit as well as the OEM rear seal. Even so, it only took a few minutes longer to complete the job.
We do a vast majority of our restoration work ourselves—but some things, like paint and machine work make more sense to be performed by a professional.

Installing windshields is one of those jobs that we let others do for us. We called up the nice folks at our local Lee and Cates Glass to install the windshield and the back glass. They did a great job and we’re one step further along the path of completion.
