The update popped up in our inbox: Time to renew our Porsche Club of America membership. Why do we continue to support this club in a day of message boards, Facebook groups and constant online chatter?
We have a few. For one, the PCA produces Panorama, a darn fine magazine. Plus membership allows access to the tech section of their website. The PCA also serves as a conduit between owners and the mothership, that being Porsche Cars North America.
Then add in the events that, at least for us, range from autocrosses and breakfast gatherings to hospitality at the Rolex 24 At Daytona and track events at Sebring. One more reason: the people involved, from our local crew to the national office.
