Our Boxster presented well, but upon closer inspection it had some flaws–nothing major, but things that we needed to fix.
So we called in the expert: Tim McNair of Grand Prix Concours Preparation. Tim regularly details cars for the world’s biggest events–think Monterey and Amelia Island–but here’s the really big news: Nearly all of his tips and tricks can be performed by any mere mortal. And the products that he uses don’t cost a mint, either.
What makes the big difference? Spending the time necessary, he constantly reminds us. Just fully detailing one wheel, for example, can take hours.
Soon after buying our Boxster, we introduced it to Tim. Watch the video for his lessons. Don’t worry, you got this.
