Subscription Help
If you have a problem with your subscription, we'll be happy to fix it
for you. There are a few things that help us out, however. Below are
some guidelines for getting help with a subscription problem.
Problem: My latest issue never arrived.
- Your magazine may simply be lost en route to your house.
- Your subscription may have expired.
- Did you move and not let us know?
- Your payment never made it to us. (In this case, check your bank
or credit card statements for record of payment.)
Problem: I paid for a subscription a few weeks ago and I still haven't seen anything.
- Most subscriptions take 4 - 6 weeks to take effect. Since we publish
8 times a year, your order might get caught in the two-month
cycle between issues. Be patient. It should arrive shortly.
- Your payment never made it to us. (In this case, check your bank
or credit card statements for record of payment.)
Problem: I asked for a sample copy or requested to be billed for a subscription a few weeks ago, and I still haven't seen anything.
- Most subscriptions take 4 - 6 weeks to take effect. Since we're
bi-monthly, your order will often get caught in the two-month
cycle between some issues. Be patient. It should arrive shortly.
- Your request never made it to us.
- You have requested a sample or "bill me" subscription once before.
In this instance, our computer won’t let another order be entered without payment.
Problem: I ordered some back issues yesterday, and I still haven't received them.
- Due to the fact that during peak periods it may take us as much as a week to get merchandise and back issue orders into the mail, please be patient with us. Orders do mail first class, so they arrive fairly quickly.
- Your payment never made it to us. (In this case, check your bank
or credit card statements for record of payment.)
- Back issues? What are those?
Problem: My magazine arrived shredded.
- We can send another copy out to you.
