Everyone talks about flying cars, but what about turning a plane into a race car?
Jeff Bloch, better known as Speedycop, has been there and done that with the Spirit of Lemons, a Cessna 310 fitted to a Toyota minivan chassis and powered by a Ford EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine.
Bloch brought the unique low-buck racer to our annual Grassroots Motorsports $2000 Challenge.
