This video just might have it all: a screaming V8, loud turbo whooshes and a view of the track that’s about as close as possible without getting road rash on your face.
The footage comes courtesy of BimmerWorld while exhibiting Bergsteiger, its 1000-plus-horsepower E36-chassis Pikes Peak racer, at the Optima Hi-Performance Expo at Circuit of the Americas.

I like to put GoPros on the splitter, it's really fun to watch. My term for it is "squirrel cam".
Not COTA, not a kilohorse car, not a pro driver - but they're always fun to watch.
Targa Newfoundland stage. Doesn't look that fast but we were the fastest Open Class car.
High Plains Raceway with the little 5.3 but a better intake setup. This is mostly for the noise :) The camera is approximately a foot below the air filter with nothing in between.

Bumper cams count? Lines are scruffy and its about a tenth of the whp but has sweet glorious boost noises.

I need to buy or build a turbocharged car. I don't even want that much boost, I just want turbo noises.
