So, you want a 997 Porsche 911 just like our own project car, but don’t know which one is right for you and your budget?
Luckily, our friends at FCP Euro have compiled this thorough Porsche 997 buyer’s guide that covers all 20 different model variations plus the 13 different engine options.

what are your plans for the car? do you have plans to modify it? If so how (power, suspension, creature comforts?)
as for the video; I'll summarize "buy the nicest one you can afford"

It feels like a cliche at this point, but it's certainly seems to be the best advice for buying any car, really.

selfishly speaking a Corvette to Porsche comparison would be great. Generally speaking, what does it take to make the car HPDE reliable (manage temps, brakes, tire wear), how hard it is on consumables compared to other cars that are similar in performance, how does it handle at the limit compared to the more traditional front engine rear wheel drive.
