Although this video has no words, its message is clear: Women can do and be anything.
This video, which is slightly less than two minutes long, highlights the women who are breaking glass ceilings and carving out a path for future generations.
Whether a young girl dreams of being a driver, engineer, manager or even a team owner, this video aims to show that anything is possible.
Why not share it with the young girls and women in your life?

I raced against a couple ladies in the late 80's and, damn, they could drive. You'd never knew it was a woman driving if you didn't see them get in the car.

There are few things that warm my heart more than seeing ladies get involved in motorsport. I autocross with plenty of them, and it's always a joy to watch my friend Grace put seconds on guys new to the sport who think they're gonna set the fast times of the day haha.

The great thing about motorsport is that women have been involved for the last 100 years; both behind the wheel and behind the scenes.

It wasn't too long ago when garage areas/paddocks/pits in motorsport used to ban women from those areas. Glad to see more women getting involved in the sport.

I was lucky enough to be at the Women with Drive Summit when I first saw this video, and let me tell you, there was not a dry eye in the whole room when it finished playing, myself included. No words but the impact it had on everyone was so real.
