Did replacing the faulty turbo actuator fix the 740's boost issues? Sort of. Now all signs pointed to a worn-out turbocharger being the culprit, so we'll eventually need to replace it.
In the meantime, the suspension needed more dialing in, as the Volvo had a little too much understeer in the corners.
Also, would it really be a trip to the Florida International Rally & Motorsport Park without trying out their rally course?
