This 1957 Lancia Appia GT Zagato Berlinetta is identical to the one that won its class in the last Mille Miglia in 1957. Zagato bodied just 10 Appia GTs with this design.
The Appia GT includes the same Zagato racing options as the class winner had. That includes a long-range fuel tank, a speedometer capable of reading 180km/h and a Jaeger rev counter on the dash.
This example underwent a documented five-year restoration by a Zagato specialist. It is eligible for several events, including the Mille Miglia, Colorado Grand, and Copperstate 1000.
Find this 1957 Lancia Appia GT Zagato Berlinetta for auction at Bonhams, with an estimated winning bid of $275,000-$325,000.
