That’s right, this 1976 Lohr FL500 Fardier was used by airborne troops in the French military to haul cargo, munitions, and even wounded soldiers over various terrains.
Built in Belgium, the Lohr makes use of a number of Citroën parts, including a Mehari engine, an Ami gearbox and wheels from a GS.
