Not just one of the wildest Corvettes on the market, but one of the rarest, too: This Greenwood Corvette, C006, is one of just 12 known to have been constructed.

C006 was campaigned at Daytona and Sebring in 1976 by Javier, George and Manuel Garcia. The following year, Javier and George competed at Sebring again, this time joined by Jack Baldwin, a racer who would go onto winning his class at Daytona (1984) and Sebring (1984 and 1987).

The Garcia brothers continued to run the car in various events until 1978.

Much later, in 2007, the Corvette underwent an extensive restoration that ensured “all systems were addressed and period technical specifications were adhered to,” per the seller.

Following the completion of the work, the car went on to participate in various vintage motorsport events, including the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion and Wine Country Classic.

Currently powered by a 454 cubic-inch V8 (last rebuilt in 2013), the Corvette is billed as being in race-ready condition.
